They check it out and it turned out to be an idler pulley.
They didn't charge to check it out

They took the time to properly diagnose my issue and it was fixed for $89 vs the $8000 the dealer was trying to charge me for a new transmission. This place was recommended by a friend and they were awesome. Highly recommend.
